We accept returns under certain conditions. These conditions are as follows:
1. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA). Contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a RA number and shipping instructions for items to be returned.
2. All return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the shipment.
3. All returns are subject to a 20% or $25.00 minimum restocking charge, whichever is higher.
4. All returns must be returned in full original packaging without damage or shortage for refund processing.
5. Refunds will be issued only for full unopened cartons at invoiced price less restocking charge and less shipping & handling both ways (outgoing & incoming) when received in acceptable condition.
6. We do not accept returns or refunds on custom printed envelopes, unless we made a mistake on the printing.
